Myrtle Beach Zombie Walk features Salisbury locals

The 4th annual Myrtle Beach Zombie Walk will be led this Saturday by Tony Spears of Salisbury ó aka ěDigger.î
The walk will be held on the Grand Strand in downtown Myrtle Beach.
Registration and makeup will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.at Fresh Brewed Coffee House (933A Broadway Street). The entry fee of $5 includes a wrist band that allows the wearer entry to after-party venues. Proceeds go the the Autism Advocate Foundation of Horry County.
Salisbury band The Graveyard Boulevard will be among more than a dozen bands playing after-party venues. They will perform at 9:45 p.m. at Sneakers Bar and Grill.
There will be a meet and greet with the band and Digger the Zombie from 3:30-4 p.m. at Corsair Comics, 807 Main St.
There will also be two local zombie walks later in the year. Digger and Stacey Cannon (co-owner of Dead Edís) and Chris Crowell are the organizers of the Zombiesí Night Out events in Salisbury (Oct. 28) and Kannapolis (Sept. 30).
