The spring general meeting of the Humane Society of Rowan County will be today, 6:30 p.m., at the Goodwill Career Connections Center, 1923 S. Main St., Salisbury. The public is welcome to attend. Dues are $20 per year for adults and $15 per year for juniors and may be paid at the meeting.
Rose Corriher, Lois Latimer and Jane Hartness attended the National Spay/Neuter Summit held March 31-April 3 in Asheville and will present a report on the summit at the meeting.
