A Salisbury man was arrested Thursday for a Jan. 29 robbery.
Harvey Leon Ratcliff, 29, of 2420 Airport Road, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a weapon by a felon and assault with a deadly weapon. He is in the Rowan County jail under a $35,000 secured bond.
Police say Ratcliff was at 1035 Matika Drive Jan. 29 with several other people, pulled out a handgun, told Mark Isaksson to give him his wallet, then hit Isaksson in the head with the gun and took off with the wallet and $240.
Isaksson only knew Ratcliff as “L,” and police were able to draw warrants for his arrest.
Ratcliff was arrested on Airport Road Thursday, but details of the arrest were unavailable today.
