The Salisbury-Rowan County Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority will host a youth symposium called ěH-3-Itís All About Meî from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Fred Corriher Jr. Y in China Grove.
The symposium is designed to develop meaningful relationships and dialogue relating to the importance of academics, teamwork and relationship building for adolescents.
There is no charge for this event.
Students will be able to meet new people, engage in unique conversations and really challenge one another to learn something beneficial through interactive sessions and open forums.
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is an international community service organization with an active history in the Rowan county community. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life within the community through public service, leadership development and education of the youth.
