North Hills needs soup bowls

North Hills Christian School will have its third annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser to benefit Rowan Helping Ministries on Friday, March 4, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Helen Kelley Smith Gymnasium.
In exchange for a donation to Rowan Helping Ministries, guests will be able to enjoy a soup dinner and choose a hand-crafted pottery bowl and/or mug made by NHCS students, NHCS staff and local potters.
The school is accepting donations from local potters for the event. Please drop off glazed ceramic bowls and/or mugs to North Hills Christian School at 2970 W. Innes St. in Salisbury by the end of February. Contact art instructor Becky Burgin for more information at 704-633-8428.
