The Children and Youth department of J.C. Price American Legion Post #107 is having a Christmas party for children of the community 6-8:30 p.m., Dec. 19. The party will be held at the post’s building, 1433 Old Wilkesboro Road.
The event will begin with music and games, with food served at 7 p.m.. Santa pays a visit at 7:30 p.m., and the party ends with distribution of gift bags at 8:30 p.m.
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
