Local radio personality Howard Platt, the sports director WSTP 1490 AM was issued a speeding ticket yesterday on U.S. 70.

Morning show host Kent Bernhardt teased Platt by putting this satirical clip together of The Andy Griffith’s Show’s Barney Fife issuing the speeding ticket to Platt.
