Four men rob Cabarrus bank

Four armed men wearing ski masks robbed a Cabarrus County bank Friday, according to the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Wachovia Bank, 9725 Rocky River Road, around 5 p.m. The caller advised a robbery had just occurred.
Once officers arrived, they were informed that four black males wearing black jackets, ski masks, blue jeans and black pants came into the bank carrying guns.
The men stole an undetermined amount of money and left the scene in a small silver four door passenger car.
They drove towards Interstate 485 in Mecklenburg County.
No one in the bank was injured.
The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI are investigating.
No arrests had been made in the case Saturday evening, according to the Sergeant on duty at the Sheriff Office.
