Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is offering an activity director’s training class for long-term care facilities Jan. 8 through March 19 on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m.

The class will be held in the Hurley Room of the Rufty-Holmes Senior Center in Salisbury Registration fee is $60.

The class teaches about state and federal regulations, how to plan and implement activities and various other parts of an activity director.

Advanced registration is required and closes two days prior to the class.
