Assault charges filed against 45-year-old
James Walter Hammill, 45, was charged on Nov. 25 with misdemeanor assault on a female. In other Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Randall Lydell Dennis, 28, was charged on Nov. 26 with misdemeanor larceny at 232 N. Main St.
– Anthony Dale Upright, 32, was charged on Nov. 26 with misdemeanor larceny at 3330 Shue Road.
– Larry Scott Barnhardt, 38, was charged on Nov. 27 with misdemeanor assault on a female at 2530 Organ Church Road, Rockwell. Melane Leanne Barnhardt, 18, was charged on Nov. 27 with misdemeanor simple assault at the same address.
– Rodney Dale Seamon reported on Nov. 27 someone damaged his vehicle at 8540 Red Road, Rockwell.
– Felipe Ramar Figueroa, 29, was charged on Nov. 27 with felony robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons at 1038 Lawndale Drive. Larry Wayne Stickler reported the break-in.
– Jesse Jermaine Luther, 31, was charged on Nov. 27 with misdemeanor assault on a female at 1665 Long Ferry Road.
