Salisbury Police arrest three on cocaine possession charges

Salisbury Police seized almost 50 grams of crack cocaine and arrested three on charges related to cocaine possession Wednesday.
Ryan Pal Cauthen, 25, whose address is listed of the streets, faces charges of trafficking in cocaine for possessing and transporting 48.6 grams of crack cocaine.
He also faces charges of marijuana possession. Salisbury Police seized about 8 grams, according to warrants from the Rowan County Magistrate’s office.
Cauthen had with him a Ruger pistol and a Keltec pistol, resulting in additional charges of possession of a firearm by a felon.
He is being held at Rowan County Detention Center on $300,000 bond.
Titus Venson, 23, of 2109 Airport Road, is being held on $5,000 bond for cocaine possession.
Veronica Regina McCracken also is being held on charges of cocaine possesion. She faces additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after police found her with a metal pipe.
She is being held on $500 bond.
All three are scheduled to appear in court today.
