Queen City building across from mall has new owner
Salisbury Capital Associates LLC has sold a building across the street from the Salisbury Mall to Queen City Plaza LLC of Mount Airy for $1.325 million.
The new leasing company will manage the property at 2168 Statesville Blvd., which includes Queen City Audio, Video and Appliances and the Jokers establishment.
James A. Nichols is listed as the agent for Queen City Plaza. Paul Hendrick of Winston-Salem was the agent for Salisbury Capital Associates.
The property was assessed at $1.5 million, according to the county’s online Geographic Information System site.
