Spencer Ave., Spencer, was charged March 21 with felony possession of crack cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving while impaired following a vehicle stop in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot at 628 E. Innes St. He was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.

– Bobby Edward Wesley, 53, 1 Ryan St., was charged March 21 with communicating threats and second-degree trespassing based on a complaint by Carolyn Graham, 426 N. Lee St. He was held under $300 secured bond pending an April 16 trial date.
