Matthew Aaron Lee, 23, 641 Statesville Blvd., No. 602, was charged Dec. 22 with felony obtaining property by false pretense, speeding and three counts of hit and run property damage. He was held under $10,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.

– Bobby Silvanus Cunningham, 31, 316 W. Harrison St., No. 2, was charged Dec. 22 with vandalism to real property based on a complaint by Amber S. Burgess. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Jan. 28 trial date.
– Charles Edward Earnhardt IV, was charged Dec. 23 with felony intimidation. He was held under $5,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– A burglar broke into 405 Bringle Ferry Road the night of Dec. 22.
– Bobby Blue Goodman, 25, 155 Bonanza Drive, was charged Dec. 23 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while impaired following a vehicle stop on Old Mocksville Road. He was held under $1,500 secured bond pending a Feb. 5 trial date.
– Anthony Lamar Fudge, 31, 200 W. Marsh St., No. 3, was charged Dec. 23 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and with being intoxicated and disruptive. Trial date is Jan. 28.
– Andrea Maureen Brooks-Pauley Plummer reported her vehicle was stolen Dec. 23 from the YMCA parking lot at 828 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Brittany Carolyn Fox reported a CD player stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Harris Teeter, 850 W. Jake Alexander Blvd., Dec. 23,
– Montrae Deon Hemphill, 26, 1700 Miles Court, Charlotte, was charged Dec. 23 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana following a traffic stop on South Jake Alexander Boulevard. He was held under $5,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Barry William Myers reported plumbing tools stolen from his work van while it was parked at 730 S. Fulton St. between Dec. 22 and 24.
– Richard Todd Parker reported vandals damaged his vehicle while it was parked at Lowe’s, 207 Faith Road, Dec. 24.
– Garland Correll Chambers reported two shotguns, two rifles and a set of golf clubs stolen Dec. 24 from 300 Messner St.
– Maerhez Pemberton Chunn reported a cell phone stolen from 1314 W. Horah St. between May 1 and Dec. 24.
– Someone tried to pry open the office door at Wilco-Hess, 827 W. Jake Alexander Blvd., on Dec. 24.
– Paula Letitia Lorraine Bost, 619 Linn Lane, reported items stolen from her property Dec. 23 or 24.
– A 22-year-old man reported he was robbed at gunpoint Dec. 24 on Wilson Road.
– A 25-year-old man was assaulted Dec. 25 near Salisbury Mall, 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Tina Rhodes reported vandals damaged her vehicle while it was parked behind her 430 N. Boundary St. home Dec. 25.
– Ann Hartley reported numerous items stolen from the trunk of her vehicle while it was parked at 228 Prescot Drive Dec. 25.
– Angela Louis Leach, 21, 301 Fern Hill Road, was charged Dec. 23 with second-degree trespassing at 715 Hall St. She was held under $300 secured bond pending a Jan. 28 trial date.
– William Grayson Greene, 51, was charged Dec. 23 with common law robbery at 850 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.
– Vandals spray-painted graffiti Dec. 26 on Salisbury Mall, Northgate Academy, Kidsport Skating Rink and Kimbrell’s.
– A shoplifter jumped the counter to steal six cartons of cigarettes Dec. 27 at Food Lion, 525 W, Jake Alexander Blvd. Later the same day, another shoplifter went behind the counter to steal two cartons of cigarettes.
– Someone pointed a handgun at a 41-year-old man Dec. 26 at 206 N. Boundary St.
– Someone spray-painted words Dec. 27 on a dozen concrete pillars at the National Cemetery, 199 Military Ave.
– Items were stolen Dec. 27 from a Universal Finance vehicle parked at 2126 Statesville Blvd.
– Daniel Franklin Wise reported his ATM card had been used to removed money from his account after he lost his wallet Dec. 26 at 102 S. Avalon Drive.
– Adam Dewayne Walls reported items stolen from his vehicle while he was at work Dec. 27 at Kmart, 815 E. Innes St.
– Rocky Eugene Hoffman reported the license tag stolen off his vehicle while it was parked at the Food Lion warehouse, 2085 Harrison Road, Dec. 27.
– An 18-year-old male reported he was robbed of $80 Dec. 27 at 800 E. Lafayette St.
– Carlos Lamont Hicks, 30, 415 N. Long St., East Spencer, was charged Dec. 26 with assault on a female. He was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Jan. 28.
– Michael Orlando Johnson, 21, 1022 Celebration Drive, was charged Dec. 27 with misdemeanor larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle based on a complaint by Shemika Maria Pruitt, 1101 Roundknob Ave. Trial date is Jan. 31.
– Christopher Demario Chunn, 20, was charged Dec. 27 with felony robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons at 632 Hamilton Drive.
– Chad Steven Brown, 22, 3909 Old Concord Road, was charged Dec. 28 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and misdemeanor shoplifting at Auto Zone, 325 E. Innes St. He was held under $1,500 secured bond pending a Feb. 13 trial date.
– Tiffany Lynn Smith, 18, 3909 Old Concord Road, was charged Dec. 28 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer at Auto Zone, 325 E. Innes St. She was held under $500 secured bond pending a Feb. 13 trial date.
– Eric Lamont Graham, 26, 165 Dapple Lane, was charged Dec. 29 with misdemeanor larceny of a carton of cigarettes at Rushco, 900 Brenner Ave. He was held under $300 secured bond pending a Feb. 18 trial date.
– Joshua Alexander Hovis, 21, 310 N. Shaver St., was charged Dec. 30 with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle at 417 S. Lee St. The vehicle was reported stolen earlier in the day by Alejandro Gomez, 104 Towne Court. Hovis was held under $10,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Martha Lilian Arbaiza, 23, 720 Cooper Road, was charged Dec. 22 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and driving while license revoked. She was held under $300 secured bond pending a Jan. 18 trial date.
– Antonio Montreal Chambers, 19, 317 N. Boundary St., was charged Dec. 31 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, no operator’s license and failing to appear in court. He was held under $22,500 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Stephen Lamour Hailey, 20, 390 Harris Road, was charged Dec. 21 with felony robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons and felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He was held under $200,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Charles Norris Holloway Jr., 42, 1114 Crestview Ave., was charged Dec. 22 with communicating threats based on a complaint by Hilda Gay Watkins, 184ć Ryan St. Trial date is Feb. 7.
