Helen Mills
Martha Helen Mills, 65, Big Elm Nursing Center, formerly of 911 Marie Ave., died March 12, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast, Concord.
Born Jan. 31, 1943, in Union County, Mrs. Mills was a daughter of the late Rev. Clarence Sidney and Lettie Tice Mills. She was a member of High Ridge Primitive Baptist Church, Marshville.
Survivors include sister Ruby Mason, Tampa, Fla.
A service was held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Whitley’s Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Ralph Robinette. Burial, Carolina Memorial Park.
