MOMS Club of Salisbury (Moms Offering Moms Support), which includes Salisbury, Rockwell and Faith, is hosting an annual open house 10 a.m.-noon, Sept. 24 at Granite Lake Park.
MOMS is a national nonprofit organization specifically for at-home mothers. The Salisbury chapter started June 2006 and currently has 42 members. It includes playgroups, field trips, picnics, holiday parties, a walking group, a monthly Mom’s Night Out and more.
The open house will include food, a take-home craft and balloons for the kids, and car seats will be checked by a fireman. A firetruck will also be available for kids to explore.
