June Red Cross blood drives

Although there’s a constant need for all blood types, the Red Cross needs type O donors (especially O negative donors) immediately. Type O negative blood can be safely transfused to patients of all blood types. In trauma situations where there’s not time to crossmatch blood, type O negative is used.
