Whenever you feel the need for the cavalry to rescue you in the year ahead, all it will take is a few toots on the bugle to get those who can help running to your aid, with one exception ó if you are deliberately reckless.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) ó Keep your own counsel, especially if you are contemplating involvement in an ambitious undertaking few would consider doing. There’s a chance others will try to talk you out of it because of their fears.
Pisces (Feb. 20-March 20) ó Your choices will reckon that loyal, longtime relationships are much too important to be ignored or overlooked. It isn’t likely you’ll forget to include them in a social get-together.
Aries (March 21-April 19) ó This may be a day of rest for some, but you aren’t apt to be satisfied unless you get something of substance accomplished. The fulfillment of a personal goal will be just what you’re looking for.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) ó You will be placed in the position of teaching a young one a valuable lesson he or she will always remember. It will have something to do with what is good in life, not what is bad.
Gemini (May 21-June 20) ó If you keep your focus on the types of end results you would like to achieve, it will help you immensely to overcome any obstacles. Stay the course when things heat up.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) ó Someone whose cooperation you need can be swayed to your position if you emphasize the realities of the situation instead of focusing on wishful thinking. Stick to the facts and ignore yearnings.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22) ó It behooves you to do something productive, especially if it can make or save you money. Look around to see what needs to be repaired or whether you can create something that would add luster to your life.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) ó Your leadership qualities will be much in evidence when you step to the front and take charge of a social activity that your friends are having a hard time dealing with. You will make things easy to follow.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) ó Something in which you are presently involved has more potential than appears on the surface. If things look to be of a limited nature, make sure that you’re not misinterpreting small gains as losses.
Scorpio (Oct. 24-Nov. 22) ó Should you perceive that you’re better informed about something than are your peers, don’t hesitate to speak up and point to the undetected personal advantages involved.
Sagittarius (Nov. 23-Dec. 21) ó When it comes to financial dealings, listen to advice being offered by associates. But make certain that you give credence to your own evaluations so that you don’t make a judgment call that goes against your best interests.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) ó Positive thinking is a strong asset that can tip situations in your favor. When you truly believe that you’re capable of doing something and doing it well, you are not apt to be disappointed.
