The Faith and Spencer Jaycees are sponsoring a Hogs for Dogs Poker Run on Saturday to benefit Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary. Registration is $15 per rider, from 11 a.m. to noon, at Lone Star Steakhouse on Faith Road in Salisbury. There will be a dinner and band around 5 p.m. at the clubhouse.
Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary is raising funds to build a no-kill sanctuary for abused and abandoned cats and dogs in Rowan County. Come join us for a fun-filled day of great riding and help make a difference for our four-legged companions in the community.
