Livingstone graduate
Jacqueline Foxx Hillian graduated May 3 from Livingstone College with a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice.
Hillian was inducted into Sigma Alpha Lambda national honor society at Livingstone.
Currently a teacher assistant at Isenberg Elementary School, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in education or criminal justice.
She is a 1972 graduate of North Rowan High School and daughter of Essie Mae Foxx and the late Howard E. Foxx Jr. She lives in East Spencer with husband Samuel.
