East Carolina grad
Angela Hall is a Dec. 15 graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville. She received a bachelor of science degree in special education with a concentration in reading.
At ECU, Hall was a chancellor’s list, dean’s list and honor roll student. She is the daughter of Frank and Sharon Hall of Salisbury and a 2003 graduate of East Rowan High School. Her fiance is Darren Shingleton.
She is employed by A Small Miracle Inc. in Raleigh.
