Doctor of philosophy
Ashley Goodman graduated from the University of South Carolina Dec. 17 with a doctor of philosophy degree in education/athletic training.
Goodman received he master of education degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 1999 and a bachelor of science degree from Gardner-Webb University in 1997.
She is the daughter of Jim and Norma Shuping and Randy Goodman of Salisbury.
