Free program will focus on foreclosure prevention

A free Foreclosure Prevention Seminar will be held from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 11 (a Tuesday) at the Park Avenue Community Center, 632 Park Ave.
Sponsored by the Salisbury Community Development Corp., the session will feature guest speakers Melany Earnhardt, an attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina, and Bill Cameron, an attorney.
A free dinner also will be served.
The program will address questions and concerns such as:
– How do you avoid foreclosure?
– Are you behind in your mortgage payments?
– Do you need help working with your lender?
– Should you refinance, and are there other alternatives?
– How do you avoid bad loans?
