The VFW of Kannapolis will hold a flag retirement ceremony on Saturday at noon.
The VFW will be disposing of flags not worth flying anymore. City officials are schedled to be present.
VFW members are urged to bring their old flags.
The VFW is located at 2500 North Cannon Boulevard.
