A Salisbury woman has been charged with embezzling more than $7,000 from a local company.
Susan G. Dean, 59, of 1324 Arden Drive, was charged Thursday with embezzling $7,124.10 from Trans Title of N.C. Inc. between Jan. 30, 2007, and Dec. 27, 2007.
She was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
