Explorers scholarship
Jenna Cranford, a junior at Appalachian State University in Boone, has been awarded the Explorers Annual Scholarship for the 2008-09 study abroad program.
The scholarship, established by Dr. Mark Pruett, assistant professor in the Department of Management at ASU, is awarded annually to deserving students who are participating in the Walker College of Business study-abroad programs.
Cranford, an accounting major in Walker College of Business, is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and Gamma Beta Phi and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies. Her parents are Tim and Debbie Cranford of Salisbury.
