In today’s modern world, economic concerns, the high tensions that an election year can bring and the increasingly hectic pace of the holiday season often leave us feeling overwhelmed and discouraged about what we personally can do to make a difference.
The Red Cross is reminding everyone this holiday season that taking a little time to donate blood is a great way to make a difference. With the holidays, travel plans and inclement weather, blood donations can drop, but the need for blood remains constant. This winter the Red Cross is asking donors to remember to make giving blood a part of their holiday preparations. Please give blood at one of the following sites.
All donors who give blood in December can enter a drawing to win one of three $1,000 gift cards.
