MOCKSVILLE ó Davie County Senior Services, 278 Meroney St., Mocksville, will host a motivational speaker, Richard Von Stamwitz, at noon on May 1. He will discuss the topic, “A Creative Later Life … A Gift to Be Cherished.”
This event will be open to adults 55 and older. The cost is $3 and you must RSVP by April 24.
On May 5 at 1 p.m., Karen Rose of LCSW Triumph Mental Health Services leads a seminar on depression. Confidential depression screenings will be conducted. The seminar is free and you must RSVP by April 28.
On May 8 at 10:30 a.m., Dr. Zoe Hollenbeck of Davie County Hospital will speak on the topic of Restless Leg Syndrome. RSVP by May 1.
