The Currier and Ives village display at the Historic Rockwell Museum will continue this weekend.
Hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The display was created by Mallory Allen of St. James Lutheran Church for this year’s Festival of Trees exhibit. Allen spent more than 100 hours designing the village from nostalgic Currier and Ives miniatures she has collected through the years.
The village ó spread across a 20-by-4-foot display ó features miniature replicas of 19th Century buildings and snow scenes made famous by New York City printmakers Nathaniel Currier and James Merritt Ives.
The museum is located at 102 E. Main St., Rockwell. Admission is free.
