Tempestt Equnthia Hoover, 22, 1640 Brison Road, Woodleaf, was charged Feb. 29 with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance and manufacturing a controlled substance, both felonies, and with failing to appear in court. She was held under $3,000 secured bond pending a March 26 trial date.
In other Salisbury Police reports:
– John Albert Kelly, 51, 632 Statesville Blvd., was charged March 1 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and driving while impaired. He was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a March 28 trial date.
– James Jeremy Wright, 18, 226 S. Clay St., was charged March 2 with felony breaking and entering and possession of burglary tools. He was held under $5,000 secured bond pending an April 4 trial date.
