The Rowan County Commissioners will hold a special meeting Wednesday morning.
The meeting will be to consider awarding the contract for an upgrade of the computer system in the Information Systems Department.
Approval of the contract prior to Dec. 31 is necessary to comply with financing and other requirements.
The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Cohen Administrative Offices Building, 130 W. Innes St.
The board’s next regular meeting will be Monday at 4 p.m.
