Catawba offers Green Building lessons
A Green Building Workshop will be offered April 28-May 2 at the Center for the Environment at Catawba College.
It is part of N.C. State University’s Green Building Diploma Series for building professionals and will cover residential green building principles and practices as well as teach participants how to design a passive solar home and apply N.C. passive solar tax credits. Participants will also receive an introduction to energy modeling analysis for residential building, HVAC techniques of high performance homes and quality assurance.
