Democratic candidates for state and local races will participate in a forum at the next meeting of the Rowan Democrats on Thursday.
The meeting will convene at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers on the second floor of the Cohen Administrative Building, 130 West Innes St.
Raymond Coltrain and Laura Lyerly, the Democratic nominees for county commissioner will address the audience. N.C. Rep. Lorene Coates will also speak, as will Bill Burnette, who is the Democratic candidate for the 34th N.C. Senate District.
Meetings of the Rowan Democrats are open to the public.
