Blotter: SHS teen charged with disorderly conduct

Dominique A. Pearson, 17, was charged Oct. 6 with disorderly conduct at Salisbury High School, 500 Lincolnton Road.
In other Salisbury Police reports:
– William Glenn Gilbeau reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 942 Lincolnton Road Oct. 6.
– Timothy Ray Foust, 19, 1510 Old Mocksville Road, was charged Oct. 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on West Jake Alexander Boulevard at Dan Street. Trial date is Nov. 17.
– Brandy Nicole Goodman, 28, 340 Sells Road, and Matthew Walter Robertson, 22, 221 Ann St., were charged Oct. 7 with misdemeanor larceny. They are accused of stealing items from Sharon Childers Livengood’s storage building at 815 Crane Creek Road. Both were held under $300 secured bond pending a Nov. 12 trial date.
– Kimberly Michele Davis reported items stolen from vehicles parked at 222 Richmond Road the night of Oct. 6.
– Timothy Steele Messinger, 925 Confederate Ave., reported a burglar broke into his car and home Oct. 7.
– William B. Davis, 304 Richmond Road, reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his home the night of Oct. 6.
– Two students were charged following an affray at Salisbury High School, 500 Lincolnton Road, Oct. 7.
– Thomas Lee Lynch, 957 Confederate Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle while it was parked in an open garage on his property the night of Oct. 6.
– Michael Stephan Bauk, 964 Confederate Ave., reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his home the night of Oct. 6.
– Larry Darnell Jones, 1215 Old Wilkesboro Road, reported vandals damaged cars parked in his driveway the night of Oct. 6.
– Jonathan Alan Post, 225 Stonewall Road, reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his home the night of Oct. 6.
– Laura Evans reported her wallet was stolen from her pocketbook Oct. 7 at 2201 Statesville Blvd.
– A 20-year-old man was the victim of a strong-arm robbery Oct. 7 at 1100 W. Fisher St.
– Nathaniel Ray Gibson reported a scooter stolen Oct. 7 from 705 Partee St.
– Anthony Todd Horn, 22, 211 E. Bank St., was charged Oct. 7 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and communicating threats based on a complaint by Matthew Benjamin. He was held under $2,000 secured bond pending a Nov. 3 trial date.
– Anthony Todd Kilgore, 46, 211 E. Bank St., was charged Oct. 7 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and disorderly conduct. Trial date is Oct. 22.
