Blotter – Projector, computer, cash stolen from China Grove church

A projector, a computer and cash were stolen during a burglary at a China Grove church, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Clark Comer reported the items, valued at $2,100, were stolen Oct. 27 from Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 4914 Old Beatty Ford Road.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Bruce Allen Hartford, 42, was charged Oct. 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia, displaying a fictitious tag, failing to stop for blue light and siren and driving while license revoked following a vehicle stop on Upper Palmer Road.
– A burglar tried to break into a storage building at Rowan Granite Quarry, 3025 Artz Road, Oct. 27. Damage totaled $100.
– Emmett Wayne Eagle, 115 Dorothy Drive, China Grove, reported a burglar broke into his home between Oct. 24-27.
– Someone broke into a Nazareth Children’s Home vehicle parked at 855 Crescent Road, Rockwell, on Oct. 27.
– Columbas Lee Upright, 3330 Shue Road, reported items valued at $1,440 were stolen from his property Oct. 14.
– Curtis R. Leach Jr. reported items valued at $1,135.94 were stolen Oct. 13 from Carolina Wholesale, 2165 Shue Road, China Grove.
– Lowell Carty of Morristown, Tenn., reported someone broke into property he owns at 134 Kentucky Derby Drive between July 22 and Oct. 24. There was $200 damage to a wall.
– Barry Lynn Hartman Jr., 1025 Old Beatty Ford Road, China Grove, reported a burglar broke into his home Oct. 27 and stole a $1,000 electric guitar and $50 cash.
– Danny Frank Nunn, 39, was charged Oct. 27 with assault on a female at 780 E. Ridge Road.
– Allen Wayne Warren, 26, was charged Oct. 27 with felony breaking and entering a building.
– Mario Deandra Gibson, 30, was charged Oct. 27 with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
