Blotter: Items stolen from Dollar General on Mooresville Road

A employee with Dollar General at 2112 Mooresville Road reported Dec. 4 someone stole numerous items from the store valued at $133.50. Some of the items included serving utensils, candles, a pizza wheel, bath mat, light bulbs, hammer and other items.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Derek White and Mike Peeler reported Dec. 1 someone broke into their business, Street Visions at 6200 S. Main St.
– Mack William Byars reported Dec. 1 someone broke into his outbuilding and took collectible items at Airport Road. Casey Lynn Carter, 26, was charged with felony breaking and entering in this incident.
– Samuel Wayne Lipe reported Dec. 1 someone broke into his home at 2035 Weaver Road and took firearms.
– Barbara Muniz reported Dec. 1 a larceny at 178 Organ Trail.
– Richard Walter Trombley reported Dec. 1 a larceny at 283 Stafford Estates Drive.
– Robert James Layburn, 35, was charged Dec. 1 with felony financial transaction card take/obtain at 480 Dunns Mountain Church Road.
– Brian Keith Ritchie, 31, was charged Dec. 1 with felony breaking and entering a building at 232 N. Main St.
– Jeffery Clyde Stoner, 42, was charged Dec. 1 with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun.
– Thomas Foust Allen reported Dec. 3 someone stole his cell phone from the locker room at East Rowan High School, 175 St. Lukes Church Road. Some also broke into the JROTC storage building.
– Someone broke into the Woodleaf BP Dec. 3 at 3335 N.C. 801 by smashing a front door with a pickup truck. Taken were cash and cigarettes.
– Billy Reid reported Dec. 3 an attempted breaking and entering at 220 Miller Drive.
– Royce Wilely Barnhardt reported Dec. 3 someone broke a window in his back door and entered the house at 2020 West N.C. 152, China Grove.
– Council William Goble reported Dec. 3 someone took items from a carport utility room at 104 Rutledge St., China Grove.
– Elsie B. Nance reported Dec. 3 someone broke into her mother’s home at 5735 N.C. 152, Rockwell.
– Janet Parks Martin reported Dec. 3 someone stole a purse out of a vehicle at 6365 S. Main St.
– Terry Michael Palmateer, 51, was charged Dec. 3 with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun at 1090 Chandler Road.
– William Marshall Oxendine, 43, was charged Dec. 3 with misdemeanor violation of 50b order at 415 Troutman Road.
– Michael Wayne Cockrell, 30, was charged Dec. 3 with misdemeanor resist, delay, obstruct a public officer at 118 W. Liberty St.
– Johnny Thomas Sherlock, 20, was charged Dec. 3 with felony breaking and entering a building at 232 N. Main St.
– John Christopher Hyde, 20, was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury at 232 N. Main St.
– Robert Lee McCrary, 39, was charged Dec. 3 with felony obtaining property by false pretense at Davidson County Jail.
– Kristan Dawn Leonard, 19, was charged Dec. 3 with felony safecracking at 1610 Long Ferry Road.
– Christopher Charles Dial reported his helmet was stolen from his motorcycle while it has parked at 5780 S. Main St.
– Corey Ross McAdams reported Dec. 4 someone tried to break into his home at 285 Martin Brook Lane, Cleveland while he was away on a trip. His 2006 Jeep was stolen from the driveway.
– Wanda Sue Walker reported Dec. 4 someone entered unlocked car and took her CD player and some change at 360 Willow Oaks Drive, China Grove.
– Jesse Lee Watson reported Dec. 4 someone broke into a vacant home at 960 Peach Orchard Road and removed cups and plates and a wood bath stand, all of which was later recovered.
– Brian Shondale Oglesby, 29, was charged Dec. 4 with misdemeanor assasult by pointing a gun at 232 N. Main St.
– Ronald Wayne Hargett, 48, was charged Dec. 4 with felony larceny at 115 W. Liberty St.
– Michael Dean Overcash, 53, was charged Dec. 4 with misdemeanor false report or theft or conversion at 232 N. Main St.
– Lorenzo Antonio Peck, 19, was charged Dec. 4 with felony sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance at 115 W. Liberty St.
