– Charges against a Salisbury man who was arrested at the Rowan County Courthouse on Oct. 27 have been dismissed.
At the time, Ervin Jerome Davis Jr., 27, 34 Knox St., was charged with felony robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons. Those charges have since been dropped, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
