A Salisbury man reported someone used his identity to obtain medical services at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department.
Brian Christopher Sharpe reported the incident occurred Jan. 22.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Theresa Lynn, 22, 105 Sea Breeze Road, was charged Jan. 22 with disorderly conduct. She was released on a written promise to appear in court Feb. 14.
– Lori Ann Lowe, 42, 1268 Edgefield Drive, was charged Jan. 22 with a school attendance law violation. Trial date is Feb. 14.
– James Kelly Nickelson, 37, 335 Little Creek Drive, was charged Jan. 22 with assault with a deadly weapon and making a harassing phone call based on a complaint by Julie Elizabeth Sartain, 107 W. 13th St., Kannapolis. Trial date is Feb. 29.
– Peggy Williams, 74, 825 Deer Lake Run, was charged Jan. 22 with simple assault based on a complaint by Chris Heffner, 628 Newsome Road. Trial date is Feb. 21.
