FLETCHER ó Beverly Hampton from Rowan County was named Reserve Grand Champion at Sunday’s Junior Market Lamb show at the N.C. Mountain State Fair. Hampton received a premium of $17.
All lambs in the Junior Market show must be either wethers or ewes and weigh between 60 and 140 pounds. Exhibitors must have been the primary caretaker of the animal for at least 30 days prior to show date.
