The Arc/Rowan invites the public to attend their October seminar, “Anything you want to know about Special Olympics” in the Hurley Room of Rowan Public Library Headquarters in Salisbury, this Tuesday, Oct. 28, 7-8:30 p.m.
The seminar will include information about how to get your family member involved and how to become a volunteer.
The guest speaker for the evening is Renita Ritchie, Therapeutic Recreation supervisor with Rowan County Parks & Recreation.
There is no cost to attend the seminar. This is also an opportunity for CEU credits for teachers
