CONCORD ó An 85-year-old man died Tuesday when a tractor-trailer ran a red light and struck the man’s Jeep.
The Concord Police Department said Lee Jerome Foster, of Concord, died in the 11:15 a.m. accident on the U.S. 601 Bypass and Woodland Drive.

The tractor-trailer struck the passenger side of the Jeep.
