Catawba graduate
Amanda Beth Wilson is a May 12 magna cum laude graduate of Catawba College. She received a bachelor of science degree in therapeutic recreation with minors in psychology, religion and philosophy.
Wilson was a junior marshal at Catawba and a member of Alpha Chi, Phi Epsilon and Psi Chi honor societies.
She plans to work with special needs children.
A 2003 honor graduate of South Rowan High School, she is the daughter of Martie and Barbara Wilson of China Grove.
