What a charge: Man finds 26 credit cards

Two Concord residents who had their wallet stolen in Concord got some good news from Salisbury Police.
Their luck turned for the better when Rowan County Clerk of Court Jeff Barger took a walk along South Fulton Street on Monday.
Barger found a total of 26 credit cards in the 200 block of South Fulton Street and contacted Salisbury Police who in turn contacted the two Concord residents.
The cards have been returned.
