CHINA GROVE ó Emergency crews responded to a train versus pickup truck accident around 10:15 a.m. today.
The accident occurred at the railroad crossing on Church Street (N.C. 152).
Emergency personnel freed the man and called for a medical helicopter from Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte to land at China Grove Middle School.
According to emergency radio traffic, the man sustained head injuries.
