Two charged with drug possession

A Salisbury couple stands charged with manufacturing marijuana and possessing more than $21,000 worth of marijuana at their Glover Road home.
Ashli Blake Neff, 29, and Robert Sherman Wiseman III, 31, were charged Tuesday with manufacturing marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. Wiseman was also charged with felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office seized 10 marijuana plants with a street value of $20,000 and 310 grams of marijuana with a street value of $1,550, reports said. Investigators also confiscated some rolling papers and two sets of digital scales from the home.
Investigators executed a search warrant Tuesday on the home located at 965 Glover Road. The marijuana plants were found growing in pots.
Neff and Wiseman remained in the Rowan County Detention Center on Wednesday under $250,000 bond apiece.
