Suspect sought in attempted robbery

Salisbury police are looking for a suspect who cut a man during an attempted robbery at his Milford Drive home.
Daniel Michael, 28, was working on his car when a man approached him demanding money. The suspect pulled out a knife, and the two scuffled. Michael punched the suspect, who fell to the ground and then fled.
Michael was cut multiple times, including a significant gash to his arm. He was treated at Rowan Regional Medical Center and released.
The suspect is described as being in his mid-30s, 6 feet 1 inch tall, about 160 pounds, with a thin mustache.
