Stadium Drive will be open for Intimidators games
Kannapolis ó The City of Kannapolis will open the bridge at Stadium Drive for Kannapolis Intimidators games this the season. The first game is tonight.
Traffic will only be allowed to traverse the bridge in a single, one-way lane that will allow access to the stadium prior the game and from the stadium after the game. Those attending events at the Cannon can also use Moose Road as an alternate to access parking.
The city has posted directional signs, and KPD officers will also be onsite to direct traffic.
Stadium Drive will remain closed at all other times. The bridge is closed due to minor damage caused by Tropical Storm Fay and full repairs will begin after the season.
