Spencer Business Association forum for candidates Monday
SPENCER ó The Spencer Business Association will hold a candidates forum Monday evening at the Spencer Town Hall.
Participating will be candidates for mayor and the Board of Aldermen.
The forum, moderated by Catawba College professor Dr. Michael Bitzer, will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last about an hour.

China Grove Board of Trade forum for candidates Monday
CHINA GROVE ó The China Grove Board of Trade will hold a forum for Board of Aldermen candidates at its luncheon meeting Monday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
Dr. Michael Bitzer, Catawba College political science professor, will moderate the forum at 12:30 p.m., following a noon luncheon.
Four candidates are running for three board seats.
