Scrabble Scramble set for April 28
The Rowan County Literacy Council has sent out save-the-date cards for its annual Scrabble Scramble, a fund-raising event.
This year’s Scramble will be held April 28 at the Salisbury Holiday Inn. The event includes dinner and a few rounds of Scrabble.
Participants compete, table against table, to score the most points in timed sessions.
The South Rowan YMCA Service Club is the reigning champion.
