Rockwell motorcyclist dies after crashing into truck

A Rockwell man died this weekend after crashing his motorcycle into a truck along Interstate 40.
Donovan Michael English, 41, was riding his 2008 Harley Davidson when he ran off the left side of the I-40 East ramp from N.C. 191, according to a report from the Asheville Police Department.
English crashed into the side of a 2007 Ford pickup hauling a horse trailer with hay, which was traveling east on I-40 in the right lane.
He died at the scene. No charges will be filed.
English is a native of Kentucky. He is survived by his fiancé, Teresa Hurley; two daughters, Samantha English Baucom and Amanda English; a son, Donovan M. English Jr.; and two sisters, Kimberly English Cress and Rebekah English Sidden.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wilkinson Funeral Home in Concord. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the Wilkinson Funeral Home chapel.
